Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by writing to info@dierych.com. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Within the EU you can also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned.
