Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Free shipping for orders over €100

• For orders under €100: €9.99

🌍 International

• International shipping: €24.99

Delivery Times

• Italy: 2–5 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required.

Delays or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for courier delays or external factors affecting delivery.
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 48 hours.
