Track Your Order

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email inbox for the shipping confirmation.

  2. Inside the email, you will find your tracking number and a tracking link.

  3. Click the link or copy the number into the carrier’s tracking page to view real-time updates.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 1–2 business days after placing your order, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Verify that your email address was entered correctly

  • Contact us at dierychh@gmail.com

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
This is normal during weekends, holidays, or when the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building reception

  • Look around your property for a safe drop-off location

  • Contact the carrier directly for more details
    If still unresolved, email us within 48 hours at dierychh@gmail.com
